Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Smart-Novelty Shop will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Smart-Novelty Shop reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

  1. When you have found a Product on our Smart-Novelty store that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled "add to cart". This will add your Product to a virtual "shopping cart".

  2. To change what’s in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the button labelled "edit cart".

  3. To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled "remove" by the product.

  4. To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled "continue shopping".

  5. To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled " check out".

  6. When you click the " check out" button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you.

 

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?
When you order multiple items at a time some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Do we get a tracking number after we order?

- Yes! All orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with. Please follow our above question to see when they will be shipped out.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

- You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it's way! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. After this, 10-15 business days for delivery
